With TopUp & Go service from BPWCCUL, you top-up your prepaid phone using funds deducted directly from your Credit Union
account. There’s no need to have cash, to buy a card or voucher, or to find a kiosk.
TopUp & Go works with your existing mobile service provider. Credit is delivered
to your phone within seconds. So you can get a top-up wherever and whenever you need it. Now that’s ultimate convenience!
Two (2) easy ways to top-up
1) Top-up by text directly from your cell phone to short-code 122:
- Text the letters rc (space)
- followed by the amount of credit you want (space)
- followed by your own secret personal identification number (PIN)
Example:
To request a top-up of $15 where your PIN is 1234:
Text “rc 15 1234” to short code 122
OR
2) Top-up at the ATM at any BPWCCUL branch:
- Insert your Co-Optima ATM card
- Select Mobile Top-up
- Select your mobile service provider
- Select the amount of credit you want
It’s that easy! Within a few seconds, you’ll receive a text message confirming that your phone has been topped-up.
Your Credit Union account will be debited for the amount of the top-up that you requested.
